"We just want to take a moment and thank you for the help you provided our family during the recent heat wave. You went way above the normal call of duty for a property manager, and we are truly appreciative. As you may recall, during the last week of June, our community in Urbana experienced an intensive heat wave. Temperatures skyrocketed to the mid-to-high 90s with high humidity factors for more than a week. Then suddenly, our central air conditioning broke down, and our home suddenly felt like a sauna. We reached out to you to ask for an HVAC technician to come out (I believe it was Germantown heating and Air), and you immediately sent a technician our way. It was at that time that we learned that the AC needed an additional part that would not arrive for another week. We were horrified. The heat was near dangerous levels, and we were considering booking a hotel, which would have amounted to a heavy financial burden. When we reached back out to you, and you quickly responded by providing three window AC units (one for the main floor and two for the bedrooms upstairs) to provide relief. The parts to fix the AC finally arrived on July 1st, and central AC was finally restored, but your efforts helped us make it through the week safely until help arrived. Again, your services made a big difference, saved us money, helped us avoid a health event, and were above and beyond what we've experienced from property managers in the past."
